IT WAS VERY INTERESTING TO KNOW WHY THE SELLERS BOuGHT THIS PARTICULAR PROPERTY AFTER LOOKING AT MANY OTHERS:
1. It was only 2 bedrooms which is all we needed as retirees
2. It had plenty of storage for our Car, 3 Motor Bikes & Caravan and also that we could fit a boat in as well, which is what we did.
3. The location! Being right opposite the golf course was a bonus as no-one could build in front and at the rear, there is the train line, so no-one can build behind us.
4. We looked at the houses surrounding us and some are old, but we saw the potential of people buying them to do them up, which doesn't really affect us anyway.
5. It was a quality built home, with quality fittings and built by a Master Builder.
6. The Pool and balcony's all round.
7. Nothing really for us to do when we moved in.
8. The back garage/shed was ideal for Daisy as a "Man Cave" or Workshop with plenty of space which included a shower and toilet.
9. It is close to Innisfail and not that far from Cairns
10. It's a quiet street, believe it or not.
11. Also, the way the home was set up, was pretty quirky to us and anyone that visits, they have their own ensuite and room and can be left alone to their own devices.
The ability to be able to drive the caravan through and back again, was a real bonus because backing up a caravan is not an option.
Forgot to mention that we have 8 Cameras, Ring DoorBell, Security Screens and also Sensor Lights which is a bonus for anyone.
It also has speakers in the roof in the main part of the house and also outside the glass sliding doors.
We also have NBN wired to the Garage and the house.
